  1.Shipping cost
The delivery cost is determined by the weight of the product and its destination.

  2.Taxes
Customs duty fees and other taxes may be applied when the shipment reaches your country.
If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office.

  3.Bank fees(Bank transfers)
Bank transfer fees charged by your institution to proceed with payments in relation to a transaction
made with us are always your responsibility.

Terms of payments
A period of 7 days is allowed to proceed with payment after you have received a confirmation of your order and
the payments details relating to it.
If we have not received your payment within 7 days, we might have to cancel your order.

Shipping procedures We will ship the product(s) after receiving the confirmation of your payment in full.
The item will be dispatched within two working days after your payment is confirmed.

Returns and exchanges policies
We will only accept returns and exchanges based on these two reasons: A mistake was made when the product was
shipped and you did not receive the product you ordered or if it is defective.
Please contact us within 3 days after the reception of the product. Examples of reasons that will not be accepted for returns and exchanges:

1- The color is not exactly what the customer was expecting.
2- The wood grain pattern does not meet the customer’s expectations.
3- The customer was expecting the instrument to be lighter/heavier.
4- The instrument does not meet the customer's expectations.
5- The sound does not meet the customer's expectations.
6- The instrument produces minor buzzes when played without being plugged in an amp.
7- The weight balance between the body and the neck does not meet the customer's expectations.
8- For personal, financial or family related issues.
9- Other similar reasons… thank you for your understanding.

Deposits and payments concerning custom orders and special orders made for products that are not in stock and
that were directly ordered from distributors and factories will not be refunded.
If you have received a defective product or a product that is not the one you ordered, please contact us
within 3 days after the reception.

Product warranty
Warranty of most sold products can only be applied locally by the distributors or the dealers from that country.
Usually, warranties can be voided if the product is sold outside the country where it is sold from.
Will do everything in our power to help with your warranty issues but please be aware that shipping costs and
other fees related to the repair or replacement of parts is the responsibility of the end user.
